HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our Elopement Service starts with a package of the essential elements you'll need, with a wide range of optional add-ons, allowing us to work with each couple to create a truly tailored experience. The starting package includes:
A choice of stunning outdoor locations for your ceremony
A wonderful celebrant who will work with you to create a beautiful, personalised ceremony
Four hours of photography from one of our hand-picked elopement photographers
A bouquet for the Bride and a buttonhole for the Groom
Two ceremony witnesses
Full elopement planning service (see below for more details)
From the starter package, couples can then work with us to tailor their elopement experience to fit them. Optional add-ons include:
Professional hair and makeup
Extended or multi-day photo sessions
Bagpipers and / or other musicians
Styled elopement picnics
Ceremony floral arches
Styled dinner tables
Luxury welcome hampers
Owl ring delivery (subject to location)
Vintage wedding cars and transport
Bespoke styling kits, individually curated
Use of historic or private sites for your ceremony or photography

ELOPEMENT PLANNING SERVICE
Our elopement planning service also includes a dedicated elopement planner working with you throughout to plan every detail. We project manage every detail of your destination elopement, providing meticulous organisation, calm, creativity and enthusiasm along the way. To make the whole process as easy as possible for you, we also handle all the administration; including providing you with a monthly checklist for things you need to do from home, guiding you through the marriage application process, creating the perfect itinerary for your stay in Scotland, assisting with accommodation and transport and handling all the little details from music to décor. We’re also on hand throughout the process for unlimited support by email, phone and video chat.
One area we love to help our couples with is planning their time in Scotland, so we're on hand to help you to choose the best places to stay, where to go, where to eat and how to get around. While we don't handle your flights and transport for you, we do make recommendations for the best accommodation choices and how to get the best from your trip. We can also help organise local activities or sightseeing adventures so you can make the most of your visit.
As well as all this, all our couples have the use of our wonderful planning portal which can be accessed via a personal login and password and at the click of a button you can view your up to date budget, timeline, supplier contacts and payments and your personalised "to do list". Although there's some parts of the wedding you'll plan from home, like buying your rings and shoes, our fantastic system will give you a task list each week to keep you on track and we carefully check each task is done on a monthly basis to ensure smooth running all the way through the process No spreadsheets to track, no room for mistakes or forgotten deadlines - it's all taken care of.
Our wedding management system makes the long distance planning process a breeze. At the click of a button, our couples can access every detail of their wedding or find out what tasks they need to complete. Automated reminders make sure nothing is ever missed.
